We have had no rain here for what feels like ages. The paddocks are drying off and there is a lot less 'green' about. The temperatures have varied from 37-42 degrees and that is too hot for comfort.
Possum asked me if she could play in the sprinkler. I asked her if the water play table would be enough but she told me 'all my body wants to be wetter'.
Playing in the sprinkler is almost a water sport when your sprinkler is run by a fire fighter pump.
I think they both enjoy it :)
That looks like a lot of fun, did you join in too :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with Possum - my body wants to be wetter too.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photo of the boy!
I remember days like that, but I wasn't clever enough to take such beautiful photos
ReplyDeleteLooks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, we had a bit of sprinkler action here today in Canberra, times 6 children. Then i realised my freshly planted pumpkins were frying so i put up a beach umbrella, phew, hot hot hot, love Posie
ReplyDeletei just get so lost in Blue's eyes......... you make such beautiful kids Becky xxx
ReplyDeleteSo hot, I will never complain about Guyra's heatwave of 31 in front of you! Playing under the sprinkler sounds like the perfect solution. The girls said you were coming up Friday, so I'll bring your CD then - it was meant to come back to you with a couple of Pekin chicks, but that was a fail. See you Friday!!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. Love it. Tim's parents have the same sprinklers:)
