Baking

Baking with the children.  I often think the simple things bring the most pleasure.  This recipe is from the Sweet Treats cookbook by David Gillespie. This book proves that sugar free can taste great; the cheese cake recipe I made proved to be a winner at both home and work and this cake is just a good. 

On a different note; I thought I would have zoo photos to post but it is taking me AGES to edit them.  I will do it soon!
