A rock climbing festival! It has been a long time since we have climbed anything of note but when we noticed a festival advertised that was within day trip distances we had to go!
It was a beautiful day to be outside.
I didn't do any climbing given we have been working pretty hard here over the holidays and I didn't want to overdo things (sensible me!). The Mr did tick off a few bouldering problems which made him happy (he also wants photo credit for taking the shot of me on a log).
A day trip this year, next year will see us camping and having more fun at the festival.
Can we come - I am getting an ear full (I suggested that we go down and camp at your place for the week that we just had - apparently I did not sell it will - One should have said "We could go down, I could spend the week crafting and looking after kids and he and Mr could go off climbing - seriouly MEN - thought that I farm to play on would have been enough:)
ReplyDeleteClimbing huge rocks is great fun, we climbed a few up on Mount Canobolas ( Orange ) over Easter.
ReplyDeleteI think shopping is great fun but not as much fun as spending half the day talking and laughing with Posie! We had a lovely time!
