The big giveaway has been drawn!
I was going to do the random number thing, and I was going to do names in a hat but I ended up asking the Mr to pick a number between 1 and 66 (it was quicker!).
He chose 66 citing alliteration as the reason so the winner is...

Give me a week to knit the cloth up and I will get the whole package in the post.
I still have the Mr's folks here and we have been super busy every day (I am exhausted!).
