QUESTION: How much can a Pincushion Swap really cost when you have everything you need at home?
Surely it is just a question of postage...
ANSWER: No, obviously a new pattern is needed, and a meter each of a couple of new fabrics while you are at it, I don't need new fabric but I couldn't leave them there... I still have a month to go so it will be interesting to see what else I need between now and then!
Some cute pins perhaps?

Ha ha... now I would do the exact same thing! Are you making a giant pincushion with those measurements of fabric?
ReplyDeleteYou can never have too much fabric ... just in case! Love the prints you have chosen. And as Curlypops said, you can always make a giant pincushion!

ReplyDeleteLove the fabric choices - what a lovely selection:) You could always make 10 of them:)
ReplyDeleteYes I can see your point. After all you need to be/feel inspired when beginning a new project, and your fabric is just that! I can see there is going to be a rush on pins...better get moving! x
ReplyDelete& there will be plenty left over for other creative sparks too.
ReplyDeleteIt would be wrong to not buy a new pattern and too much fabric Becky (is that what I am supposed to say!!!).
ReplyDeleteThe fabric is very cute.

ReplyDeleteI like the tape measure fabric. I would have bought extra fabric and stuff too.

ReplyDeleteYou can never have too much fabric! I always walk past it, and it instantly turns into something beautiful and I have to buy it (despite the fact I have about ten unfinished projects in a pile on the floor...
